Physical prototypes are expensive to produce, hard to ship, and impossible to update once built. Teams in different offices need to review the same product at full scale, but nobody has the travel budget for that. Static renders and photos don't let people interact with the product.

  We ingest CAD files, BIM models, and scan data and build interactive Unreal Engine scenes from them.

  Physically based materials that match real-world samples. We calibrate against reference photography.

Lucid Motors  
Theia built a virtual showroom and digital twins for the Lucid Air luxury electric vehicle, enabling global buyers to explore, configure, and interact with the vehicle in a photorealistic environment.
